Mientras se habla de una emergencia ética, producto de la corrupción, por primera vez en Colombia dos mujeres presiden importantes órganos de control.
La nueva Fiscala llega al cargo tras una brillante carrera en el Congreso, no exenta de críticas, y luego de haber analizado la política nacional. Morales ha demostrado que en su cuerpo de mujer habita un alma de mujer, que lucha contra la discriminación. Le corresponderá demostrar que estamos preparadas para grandes responsabilidades del Estado, en su caso guiar al ente encargado de combatir la delincuencia, incluida la de cuello blanco.
Tanto el Gobierno como el Congreso haríamos bien en quitarle el acelerador a proyectos de ley que modifican la política criminal del Estado con una lógica en exceso punitiva, como el proyecto de Seguridad Ciudadana, donde se incrementan las penas para adolescentes que infringen la ley, y se desvirtúan los fundamentos del Código de Infancia. En este y otros temas es bienvenida una mirada de mujer.
